Mutton shoulder / leg mince.
Perfect for spicing with cinnamon, star anise and fennel seeds and cooking with onions and garlic, then stuffing into potato cakes / flatbreads and serving with a sauce made from lemony-garlicky yogurt with olive oil whisked in. Dill and fennel work really well with this too.
Otherwise, use to make a lasagne, a shepherds pie, or some burgers!
Depending on our butchery schedule, this product may be frozen for your delivery/collection. You can either pop it straight into your freezer or defrost it and it'll keep in your fridge for up to three days.
