Mixed Meat Boxes

Our mixed meat boxes are available weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or as a one-off order, offering a selection of meat from animals reared and butchered here at The Free Company.

The boxes typically include a seasonal mix of our organic, 100% pasture-fed and finished heritage Dexter cross beef, Shetland hogget (or lamb), or native bree pork reflecting what we are butchering on the farm that week.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer. Once defrosted, it should be kept refrigerated and used within three days.

Small Mixed Meat Box

A seasonal selection of organic Shetland hogget (or lamb), Dexter cross beef, and native breed pork, typically including:

• 500g mince
• 400g stewing or slow-cooking meat
• One roasting joint (approx. 500g)
• One quick-fry cut (approx. 200g)

Approximately 1.5kg per box.

Large Mixed Meat Box

A seasonal selection of organic Shetland hogget (or lamb), Dexter cross beef, and native breed pork, typically including:

• 500g mince
• 500g stewing or slow-cooking meat
• One roasting joint (approx. 700g)
• One quick-fry cut (approx. 280g)

Approximately 2–2.3kg per box.
