Beef Box - Steak Tasting

A selection of steaks perfect for sharing, tasting and exploring some lesser known cuts. This box typically contains the equivalent of a fillet, ribeye, sirloin, rump and 2 butcher's choice cuts from the flank, shoulder or leg. Approximately 1.2kg. All beef comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and gentle finishing give the meat its deep flavour. Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
