Aromatic Lamb Sausages

Our own lightly spiced version of a merguez sausage! 4 in a pack.

Made using our own Shetland lamb and Berkshire pork (to keep them nice and juicy) and homemade green Harissa using herbs and chillis from our market garden ,these sausages have a lovely flavour and just a hint of mild spice.

Ingredients: Hogget or lamb, pork fat, salt, fresh garlic, cumin, fennel, coriander, paprika, harissa, sugar, cinnamon, cayene pepper, rusk, natural hog casings. ALLERGENS: WHEAT GLUTEN.

Our lamb comes from our organic, pasture-fed and finished flock of Lleyn–Shetland crosses, raised with care here on The Free Company Farm. Their grass-based diet and calm, low-stress lives help produce meat with exceptional texture and flavour.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
