Mixed Meat Selection - Large

A selection of organic Shetland hogget and Dexter cross beef, or native breed pork including:

• 500g mince
• 500g stewing or slow-cooking meat
• One roasting joint (700g)
• Quick-fry cut (280g) Approximately 2 - 2.3kg per box.

All meat comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle and Shetland sheep, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and gentle finishing give the meat its deep flavour. All pork products come from our own Native breed pigs, hand reared on The Free Company Farm.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
