Hogget Box - Half Hogget

9-10kg of our grass fed, nutrient dense, organic Shetland hogget (hogget is a sheep that is older than 1 year so no longer a lamb - in our opinion this makes for greater flavour). This box contains the following cuts: Neck fillet, rolled shoulder, soup shank, stew, rack, chops, rolled belly, leg steaks, bone in leg, shank, bones and mince. This is perfect for anyone that wants to take a great value, nose to tail approach to cooking. Fill your freezer and enjoy cooking every cut that our hogget has to offer. Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
