9-10kg of our grass fed, nutrient dense, organic Shetland hogget (hogget is a sheep that is older than 1 year so no longer a lamb - in our opinion this makes for greater flavour). This box contains the following cuts: Neck fillet, rolled shoulder, soup shank, stew, rack, chops, rolled belly, leg steaks, bone in leg, shank, bones and mince. This is the perfect for anyone that wants to take a great value, nose to tail approach to cooking. Fill your freezer and enjoy cooking every cut that our hogget has to offer.
