Contains butterfly (boneless) hogget leg, a full beef picaña or tri-tip ( from the rump), a beef rib roast or sirloin rib, and a beef shoulder or flank steak. Approximately 3.5kg in total.
All meat comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle and Shetland sheep, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and gentle finishing give the meat its deep flavour.
Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
