6 x Classic Pork Sausages
We use natural casings and pork from our own farm. The Berkshire pork in this batch of sausages was from older pigs so they have a deeper, more "porky" flavour. Please note that these sausages are NOT GLUTEN FREE.
Ingredients: Pork (90%), salt, pepper, sugar, natural hog casing, rusk (wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt, ammonium bicarbonate)
ALLERGENS: WHEAT GLUTEN.
We recommend cooking our sausages in the oven due to the natural casings.
