Our small pork selection consists of a string of sausages, a packet of home-smoked bacon and one of the following joints: leg, rolled shoulder, belly, chops, rack, steaks, tenderloin, and hock. Total weight = approx. 2.5kg.
Depending on our butchery schedule, this product may be frozen for your delivery/collection. You can either pop it straight into your freezer or defrost it and it'll keep in your fridge for up to three days.
We've been getting our veg box for 18 months and we always look forward to our delivery. It's like Christmas every time, opening the box and finding what we've got! The seasonality and range is always good.
