A packet of back bacon from our own free-range, hand-raised, rare breed Berkshire and Mangalitsa Pigs. Our in-house butchery does not use nitrates or nitrites during curing.
This bacon has a bit more meat compared to our belly bacon which makes it great on its own for breakfast.
Depending on our butchery schedule, this product may be frozen for your delivery/collection. You can either pop it straight into your freezer or defrost it and it'll keep in your fridge for up to three days.
