Beef - Stew 500g

500g of diced stew from the shoulder of beef. The shoulder is a well used muscle and the marbling throughout makes this ideal for cooking low and slow.

All beef comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle , raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and gentle finishing give the meat its deep flavour.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
