Our small beef selection consists of a pack of mince (500g), a stewing cut (500g), a steak (300g) and a 1kg joint. Total weight = approx. 2.3kg.
All beef comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and gentle finishing give the meat its deep flavour.
Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
