Beef - Flank Steak (250g)

Approximately 250g flank steak - best fried quickly over a high heat and serving medium-rare. The flank is similar to flat iron or hanger steak and is deal for steak sandwhiches or slicing and serving with a tangy salsa verde.

All meat comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and gentle finishing give the meat its deep flavour.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
