400g of our best braising steak, from the featherblade or spale bone in the beef shoulder. It is perfect for slow cooking.
All beef comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle , raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and gentle finishing give the meat its deep flavour.
Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
