Hogget/Lamb - Diced Stew

500g of diced lamb, perfect for stewing.

Shetland breed, entirely pasture raised and finished on our farm. All meat comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Shetland sheep, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and gentle finishing give the meat its deep flavour.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
