Eleanor’s interest in sustainable agriculture began whilst studying Environmental Science at the University of Stirling and since then she has completed courses in Permaculture Design and Seed Saving. Along with her previous farm experience she enjoys putting her knowledge to practical use in the market garden and loves the whole process of watching the tiniest seed become something delicious.
I'd heard what The Free Company were doing around seasonality, biodiversity and no-dig farming and I was so pleased to see they also had a Veg Club. The quality is top notch including wonderful fresh salad which is a big win in our house.
