Our Large Pork Box includes:
- One string of sausages
- Two packets of home-smoked bacon
- Two or three of the following joints: leg, rolled shoulder, belly, chops, rack, steaks, tenderloin, and hock
Total weight: approximately 2.8kg
Depending on our butchery schedule, this product may be frozen for your delivery/collection. You can either pop it straight into your freezer or defrost it and it'll keep in your fridge for up to three days.
