Yoghurt Turmeric Marinade

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened plain yoghurt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon grated turmeric
zest and juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chile powder
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

An easy marinade for whole or chicken pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Add chicken and massage til well covered by marinade. Let sit 2-4 hours. Roast chicken or grill pieces accordingly.
