1 t nutmeg
4 c rhubarb, chopped

In a medium-sized bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. Combine the dry ingredients and mix with the egg mixture. Fold in the rhubarb. Pour into pastry crust and bake for about an hour at 200. Cool before you cut.
