Pears in Pastry

Ingredients

1 ready-made roll puff pastry
1 or 2 pears, peeled and diced
1 egg yolk

Directions

Preheat your oven to 180. Roll out pastry and cut into circles using a water glass or something similar. Place some diced pear on one half of each circle. Fold over and seal the edges with the tines of a fork. Beat the egg yolk and brush each pastry top. Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
