Pork Rolled Shoulder (1kg)

Rich, well-marbled and full of flavour, our rolled pork shoulder is made for slow roasting. As it cooks, the generous fat keeps the meat succulent, rewarding long, gentle heat with a tender, pull-apart texture and beautifully crisp crackling. A proper winter favourite and a brilliant centrepiece for a relaxed festive meal. The pork comes from our free-range Berkshire–Mangalitsa cross pigs, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company Farm. Their natural hardiness and ample fat cover give this shoulder its depth, juiciness and character. A 1kg joint will comfortably serve 3–4 people.
