Made from our free-range Berkshire–Mangalitsa cross pigs, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company Farm, this mince has a natural depth and juiciness thanks to the breed’s well-marbled meat and generous fat cover. A 500g pack is ideal for 2–4 portions, depending on the recipe.
