Our 8-bone lamb rack cooks quickly and delivers wonderfully tender meat with a fine, sweet flavour and a golden, caramelised crust. Serve it whole as a showstopping centrepiece or slice it into tender cutlets. Our lamb comes from our organic, pasture-fed and finished flock of Lleyn–Shetland crosses, raised with care here on The Free Company Farm. Their natural grass-based diet and low-stress lives help produce lamb with exceptional texture and flavour. An 8-bone rack serves 2–3 people, depending on appetite.
