Six of our house-made Sage & Onion sausages — proper, old-fashioned bangers that are hard to beat. Made with nothing but our own Berkshire–Mangalitsa cross pork, onions and sage from the garden, organic Scottish oats for rusk, and natural hog casings. Simple, honest ingredients for a classic flavour. Ingredients: Pork, onions, sage, black pepper, white pepper, salt, gluten-free rolled oats. Please note: while we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, these sausages are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten and may not be suitable for coeliacs or those with severe gluten allergies. Our pigs are free-range Berkshire–Mangalitsa crosses, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company Farm as part of our regenerative farming system.
