Six of our house-made Sage & Onion sausages — proper, old-fashioned bangers that are hard to beat. Made with nothing but our own Berkshire–Mangalitsa cross pork, onions and sage from the garden, and natural hog casings. Simple, honest ingredients for a classic flavour. Ingredients: Pork, onions, sage, black pepper, white pepper, salt, wheat rusk (gluten). Our pigs are free-range Berkshire–Mangalitsa crosses, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company Farm as part of our regenerative farming system.
