Six of our house-made Fennel & Chilli sausages — winter-warming bangers with a gentle kick. Made with nothing but our own Berkshire–Mangalitsa cross pork, organic Scottish oats for rusk, natural hog casings, fennel seeds and dried chilli. Full of bold, aromatic flavour and perfect for an easy Boxing Day supper. Ingredients: Pork, onions, fennel seeds, dried chilli, salt, black pepper, white pepper, gluten-free rolled oats. Please note: while we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, these sausages are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten and may not be suitable for coeliacs or those with severe gluten allergies. Our pigs are free-range Berkshire–Mangalitsa crosses, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company Farm as part of our regenerative farming system.
