Six of our house-made Fennel & Chilli sausages — winter-warming bangers with a gentle kick. Made with nothing but our own Berkshire–Mangalitsa cross pork, a little bit of wheat rusk, natural hog casings, fennel seeds and dried chilli. Full of bold, aromatic flavour and perfect for an easy Boxing Day supper. Ingredients: Pork, onions, fennel seeds, dried chilli, salt, black pepper, white pepper, wheat rusk. Our pigs are free-range Berkshire–Mangalitsa crosses, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company Farm as part of our regenerative farming system.
