Lamb Leg Whole

A classic, crowd-pleasing roasting joint, our whole lamb leg makes a stunning centrepiece for the Christmas table. With its generous size, natural tenderness, and full, rounded flavour, it’s perfect for long, gentle roasting. Serve it carved at the table for a proper festive feast. Our lamb comes from our organic, pasture-fed and finished flock of Lleyn–Shetland crosses, raised with care here on The Free Company Farm. Their natural grass-based diet and calm, low-stress lives help produce lamb with excellent texture and depth of flavour. Each whole leg weighs a minimum of 2kg and comfortably serves 4–6 people.
