Six flavour-packed slices of our traditional belly bacon — ideal for Christmas morning, wrapping the turkey, or adding rich, smoky depth to winter dishes. Cured without nitrates or nitrites and smoked over windfall timber from the farm, it has a full, rounded flavour and cooks to a beautiful balance of crisp edges and tender streaks. Made from our free-range Berkshire–Mangalitsa cross pigs, raised with care here on The Free Company Farm as part of our regenerative farming system.
