This joint comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle, raised with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and calm, low-stress lives help produce sirloin with superb texture and depth of flavour. A 2kg joint will comfortably serve eight people.
