Beef Mince (500g)

A versatile staple for winter cooking, our beef mince is prepared from carefully selected cuts to give a great balance of flavour and texture. Whether you’re making a rich ragù, cottage pie, meatballs or a quick midweek chilli, it cooks down beautifully and brings real depth to any dish. The mince comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and low-stress life result in mince that’s full of honest, hearty flavour. A 500g pack is ideal for two to four portions, depending on the recipe.
