Cured without nitrates or nitrites and smoked over windfall timber from the farm, it has a clean, savoury depth and a gently smoky finish. Made from our free-range Berkshire–Mangalitsa cross pigs, raised with care here on The Free Company Farm as part of our regenerative farming system.
