Hogget/Lamb Rack (8 bones)

A beautifully delicate and elegant cut, perfect for a special festive meal. Our 8-bone lamb rack cooks quickly and delivers wonderfully tender meat with a fine, sweet flavour and a golden, caramelised crust. Serve it whole as a showstopping centrepiece or slice it into tender cutlets.

Our lamb comes from our organic, pasture-fed and finished flock of Lleyn–Shetland crosses, raised with care here on The Free Company Farm. Their natural grass-based diet and low-stress lives help produce lamb with exceptional texture and flavour.

An 8-bone rack serves 2–3 people, depending on appetite.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
