Winter Warmer Selection

Our Winter Warmer meat selection is perfect for cooking comforting, cozy meals in the colder weather. You will receive a 1kg slow cooking joint (for example a rolled lamb or pork shoulder, or a beef chuck roast or brisket), 1kg of diced stew and 500g of beef mince.

All meat comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle and Shetland sheep, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and gentle finishing give the meat its deep flavour. All pork products come from our own Native breed pigs, hand reared on The Free Company Farm.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
