Pork Trotters

Two pork trotters. These can be used to make gelatine which you can then use in homemade pork pies or stocks. There is also some meat on the shank which can be pulled and you could even stuff the trotters!
Our pigs are free-range Berkshire–Mangalitsa crosses, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company Farm as part of our regenerative farming system.
Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
