Pork Tongue (2)

Two whole pork tongues, approximately 700g. Great for slow cooking and adding to a goulash for a great depth of flavour. A little bit of preparation is required - first cooking and peeling - but once diced or pressed the tongue is absolutely delicious.

All meat comes from our own free range Berkshire cross pigs, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
