Large pieces of pork skin, minimum 150g. Bake at home to make your own moreish pork scratching or for when you can't get enough pork crackling with your roast!
All meat comes from our own free range Berkshire cross pigs, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm.
Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
