
Pork Fennel & Oregano Sausages
Six of our house-made Fennel & Oregano sausages. Made with nothing but our own Berkshire–Mangalitsa cross pork, fresh onions, a little bit of wheat rusk, natural hog casings, fennel seeds and dried oregano. Full of bold, aromatic flavour and perfect for an easy supper. These sausages are best cooked in the oven.
Ingredients: Pork, onions, fennel seeds, dried oregano, salt, white pepper, sugar, wheat rusk (CONTAINS GLUTEN).
Our pigs are free-range Berkshire–Mangalitsa crosses, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company Farm as part of our regenerative farming system.
Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
