Lamb/Hogget Shank (2)

Two lamb or hogget shanks; a perfect choice for slow roasting until tender. The natural marbling keeps the meat succulent as it cooks, rewarding long, gentle heat with melt-in-the-mouth texture and meat that falls off the bone.

Our lamb comes from our organic, pasture-fed and finished flock of Lleyn–Shetland crosses, raised with care here on The Free Company Farm. Their grass-based diet and calm, low-stress lives help produce meat with exceptional texture and flavour.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
