
Lamb/Hogget Butterflied Leg
Approximately 1.5kg of boneless lamb or hogget leg. This cut is perfect for BBQing, grilling or even roasting. The rich flavour of the meat lends itself well to marinading (try the classic mix of garlic, rosemary, lemon and olive oil) and, being boneless, this is an easy cut to slice up and serve immediately. This will esrve 3-4 people.
Our lamb comes from our organic, pasture-fed and finished flock of Lleyn–Shetland crosses, raised with care here on The Free Company Farm. Their grass-based diet and calm, low-stress lives help produce meat with exceptional texture and flavour.
Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
