Hogget/Lamb Rolled Shoulder (1kg)

Rich, tender and full of character, our rolled lamb shoulder is a brilliant choice for slow roasting. The natural marbling in the shoulder keeps the meat succulent as it cooks, rewarding long, gentle heat with melt-in-the-mouth texture and deep, comforting flavour. Easy to carve and beautifully versatile, it’s a winter favourite for good reason.

Our lamb comes from our organic, pasture-fed and finished flock of Lleyn–Shetland crosses, raised with care here on The Free Company Farm. Their grass-based diet and calm, low-stress lives help produce meat with exceptional texture and flavour.

A 1kg joint will comfortably serve 3–4 people.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
