A classic, crowd-pleasing roasting joint, our whole lamb leg makes a stunning centrepiece for the Christmas table. With its generous size, natural tenderness, and full, rounded flavour, it’s perfect for long, gentle roasting. Serve it carved at the table for a proper festive feast.

Our lamb comes from our organic, pasture-fed and finished flock of Lleyn–Shetland crosses, raised with care here on The Free Company Farm. Their natural grass-based diet and calm, low-stress lives help produce lamb with excellent texture and depth of flavour.

Each whole leg weighs a minimum of 2kg and comfortably serves 4–6 people.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
