Perfect for smaller gatherings or a cosy festive meal, our half lamb leg offers all the tenderness and rich flavour of a full leg in a more manageable size. Ideal for roasting, it cooks beautifully and carves easily, making it a reliable classic for any winter table.
Our lamb comes from our organic, pasture-fed and finished flock of Lleyn–Shetland crosses, raised with care here on The Free Company Farm. Their natural grass-based diet and low-stress lives help produce lamb with excellent texture and depth of flavour.
A 1kg half leg will comfortably serve 2–3 people.
Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
