A beautifully succulent joint, our pork loin is perfect for a slow cooked, comforting meal. With its layers of meat and generous fat, it stays incredibly moist, while the skin crisps up to become flavourful crackling. Ideal for roasting whole or cutting into thick slices at home.

A 1kg joint will comfortably serve 3–4 people.

Sourced from our free-range Berkshire–Mangalitsa cross pigs, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company Farm, this belly showcases the natural depth and richness of the breed. Please be aware that this is one of the fattier pork cuts, in particular during the colder months when our pigs build up their fat stores for warmth, but also due to the breed of pig we rear.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
