Beef Stewing (500g)

Perfect for slow winter cooking, our diced beef is taken from the hardworking muscles of the animal — the cuts that truly shine with long, gentle simmering. As it cooks, the meat softens beautifully and develops a deep, savoury richness that makes for a proper, comforting stew.

A 500g pack is ideal for a cosy stew for two to three people.

The beef comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle, raised with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and low-stress life give the meat its hearty flavour and reliable tenderness when cooked low and slow.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
