Beef - Mince (500g)

A versatile staple for winter cooking, our beef mince is prepared from carefully selected cuts to give a great balance of flavour and texture. Whether you’re making a rich ragù, cottage pie, meatballs or a quick midweek chilli, it cooks down beautifully and brings real depth to any dish. A 500g pack is ideal for two to four portions, depending on the recipe.

The mince comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and low-stress life result in mince that’s full of honest, hearty flavour.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
