
Beef Short Rib

Approx. 1kg of short. A bone in cut from the beef flank, great for cooking low and slow either on the hob or smoked and finished over fire. This will come as one piece but can be split by cutting through meat, following the direction of the bones, if you prefer them as individual ribs. Approximately 3 bones which will comfortably serve 4 people.
All meat comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and gentle finishing give the meat its deep flavour.
Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
