Beef Rolled Silverside (2kg)

A classic roasting joint and a firm family favourite. Rolled silverside is a lean, flavourful cut with a lovely tight grain, perfect for slow roasting until tender. It delivers a traditional beef roast with plenty of character — slice thinly for generous plates of roast beef, or enjoy the leftovers cold in sandwiches.

This joint comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle, raised with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and steady, low-stress upbringing give the topside its depth of flavour and reliable tenderness.

A 2kg joint will comfortably serve eight people.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
