Our rib roasts come from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and low-stress lives help create beef with outstanding depth and character.
A 2kg, 2-rib joint will comfortably serve four to six people.
Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
