The most tender cut of beef, fillet makes an elegant and effortless steak dinner. Lean, velvety and beautifully fine-grained, it cooks quickly and stays wonderfully soft. For the best results, we recommend serving it no more than medium rare.

This fillet comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and gentle finishing give the meat its clean flavour and exceptional tenderness.

Our butchery products are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
