Four quarterpounder beef burger balls, ready for you to press at home. They are lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and contain absolutely NO preservatives. Approximately 120g each.
The beef comes from our own herd of organic, pasture-fed Dexter cross cattle, raised slowly and with care here on The Free Company farm. Their grass-based diet and low-stress life result in mince that’s full of honest, hearty flavour.
These are frozen in balls to reduce packaging and for better storage/delivery. They are frozen immediately after production to ensure they maintain their high quality and freshness. Simply defrost or put them straight in to your own freezer.
