A selection of our pasture raised Shetland Hogget or Lamb. You will receive a 1kg roasting joint (for example rolled shoulder or bone-in leg), 500g of mince, 500g of stew and 2 chops.
Depending on the season and our butchery schedule, the products may be hogget or lamb. Mutton may also be available but please get in touch directly if you are interested in this.
We've been getting our veg box for 18 months and we always look forward to our delivery. It's like Christmas every time, opening the box and finding what we've got! The seasonality and range is always good.
